Service and preventative maintenance are central to the working operation of Copynice. Without good service a photocopier soon becomes a wasted investment, quality deteriorates and the machine becomes unreliable with frequent jamming and constant error codes. We pride ourselves on our attention to customer satisfaction with regards to maintenance and reliability. We want your investment to serve your business well and with minimum incident. Our service team will make sure everything is running as it should such that we replace any parts that need replacing before their due renewal.
Our service team is well trained and is constantly kept abreast of latest developments. We aim to maintain the high standards that have made Copynice such a success in its 30 year history, for a client base that has largely been built on the very nature of good service and word-of-mouth recommendation.
Training
As part of our service, full training is given to our customers’ staff at the time of installation. From the smallest to the largest multi-site national customer, service support is given priority and is recognized as a pre-requisite to maintaining future business relationships.
Deliveries
We have our own specially trained drivers who deliver our equipment and consumables. We are able to provide a speedy delivery service for paper, toner and other consumable products.
Installation
For connected products our experienced personnel will carry out pre-installation checks with your IT staff to ensure products suitability and compatibility with your network. This is also intended to minimize disruption when attaching multifunctional products to networks.
